I created an account and I received an e-mail with the activation link, but the link is blank and in that email it did write: "If you can't browse the link, send it to us". I sent that email, but I didn't receive any activation code or e-mail. What should I do?

The official website of the service doesn't work anymore. There is no way to provide supported when there is no information related to their process. If you still have their email, then I recommend sending them another one and wait for a response. Additionally, look through email to see if there is a contact phone.
